Khazna Insurance Company (P.S.C) was incorporated in 1996
following the Ameri Declaration no 4 signed on 11/06/1996
by H. H. SHEIKH KHALIFA BIN ZAYED AL NAHAYAN, Crown Prince
and Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi. The company is authorized
to write all classes of general business.
Fifty
two prominent founding members joined forces to form the
largest UAE Public Shareholding Company with a paid up capital
of AED 380 Million (Equivalent to USD 103.5 Million).
